The Advisor will help design the milestones for achieving the goals of the labor pilot and implement the day-to-day activities in one of the three targeted states.

This involves building, strengthening, and maintaining relationships with labor and community stakeholders.

Identify and advance pipeline of projects that meet parameters: Work with green bank partner and stakeholders to identify projects that meet job quality, workforce development, and community benefits parameters and financing requirements. This may involve engaging with developers and contractors, as well as green bank partner and/or CGC to submit and advance projects for financing consideration and to match projects with labor and community partners.

Manage pilot strategy and execution: Define the milestones for achieving the goals of the labor pilot in a specific state and implement day-to-day activities.
