The Advanced OM Specialist is responsible for managing orders of increased complexity and scope. Operating with greater autonomy than the entry-level OM specialist, this role operates within a clearly defined framework, ensuring all OEM and Non listed items are delivered complete, on time, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. This role collaborates with suppliers, sourcing and and internal GE HealthCare teams to coordinate activities, related to Order recognition and delivery..
This is an Order management specialist role for Non Listed items execution for ISA for Imaging.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for the sales team for order execution related escalations on Non Listed items
• Plan & process billing and delivery for the set of products or sub region including inventory check, reservation, timely billing and adhering to 606 Revenue Norms for delivery and Installation
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations & regulatory requirements
• Own backlog management for NL Planning  collaborating with internal stake holders
• Maintain accurate documentation of the order, in line with contract, billing and related compliance requirements
• Own closure of partial and concession shipment for the order.
• Monitor Inventory levels

Technical Skills

• Graduate in any discipline
• 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing or operations role with at least 4 years in Non Listed items procurement
• Advanced Excel skills

Soft Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Lean & Six sigma basic knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving within guidance
