Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (ME / Assembly Engineer)


Objetivo General del Puesto

Desarrolla y aplica soluciones de fabricación de clase mundial para impulsar la excelencia operativa y la satisfacción del cliente.

Colabora con equipos multidisciplinarios para ejecutar proyectos y resolver problemáticas de manufactura. Analiza las necesidades del cliente interno y desarrolla soluciones que permitan cumplir con los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, productividad y costos.

Es responsable de apoyar proyectos relacionados con procesos de ensamble, liderando actividades asociadas a componentes, controles y manufactura. Evalúa riesgos y beneficios de las distintas alternativas de solución y promueve la mejora continua dentro de la organización. Mantiene una interacción efectiva con empleados de todos los niveles organizacionales.

Escolaridad

  • Ingeniería Mecánica
  • Ingeniería Industrial
  • Carrera afín

Experiencia

  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en áreas de Manufactura, Ingeniería o Mantenimiento.

Conocimientos

  • Manufactura

  • Mantenimiento Industrial

Habilidades Técnicas

  • Procesos de ensamble manual y automatizado.
  • Manejo de procesos de manufactura.
  • Interpretación de dibujos mecánicos 2D y 3D.

Funciones y Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Conceptualizar y desarrollar mejoras de procesos y proyectos de reducción de costos.
  • Proporcionar soluciones innovadoras de ingeniería mecánica para apoyar el diseño de equipos y procesos de fabricación.
  • Brindar orientación sobre el diseño de componentes para respaldar las mejores prácticas de manufactura.
  • Apoyar actividades de expansión de capacidad, desarrollo de nuevos productos y nuevos procesos.
  • Brindar soporte de ingeniería para la introducción de nuevos productos y procesos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Definir y desarrollar procesos de ensamble y manejo de materiales para nuevos productos.
  • Coordinar las actividades de ensamble en nuevos lanzamientos de acuerdo con el BOM (Bill of Materials).
  • Leer e interpretar dibujos mecánicos y modelos 2D y 3D.
  • Desarrollar documentación técnica para ingenieros y técnicos de procesos.
  • Proporcionar orientación general y apoyo técnico práctico cuando sea requerido.
  • Trabajar estrechamente con ingenieros de manufactura de planta y personal de calidad.
  • Colaborar con los grupos corporativos de Calidad, Automatización y Controles, así como con Ingeniería de Producto.
  • Brindar soporte a una amplia gama de procesos de ensamble, incluyendo: Celdas altamente automatizadas. Procesos de soldadura por resistencia. Procesos de soldadura por fricción.
  • Liderar proyectos de actualización de equipos.
  • Apoyar el desarrollo de solicitudes de cotización (RFQ).
  • Coordinar instalaciones, modificaciones, calificaciones y documentación de equipos.
  • Brindar soporte durante las etapas iniciales de arranque y puesta en marcha.
  • Coordinar la recepción de equipos, herramientas, partes y materiales.
