At Hillsboro Post Acute, we're looking for an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / Unit Manager to help lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional care for our residents.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the nursing department
• Supporting and coaching nursing staff to promote excellent resident care
• Managing clinical processes, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives
• Conducting rounds and addressing resident, family, and staff concerns
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes
• Assisting with staffing, scheduling, and regulatory preparedness
• Participating in an on-call weekend rotation as part of the leadership team

What We're Looking For:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A team-focused leader who leads by example
• Passion for serving seniors and supporting nursing staff
