As an Adobe Marketo+ AJO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our business application consulting team, specializing in consulting services for a variety of business applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills across various Salesforce applications to deliver impactful solutions.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality work. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will partner with team leadership to validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables, while effectively mentoring others and addressing conflicts or issues with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and integration of Salesforce applications to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of Salesforce applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver successful outcomes
- Guiding teams in the development and deployment of innovative technology solutions
- Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance in client engagements
- Collaborating with leadership to maintain quality and timelines for deliverables
- Addressing and resolving conflicts with clients and team members to maintain project momentum
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
- Encouraging the adoption of emerging technologies to drive business transformation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance business process modeling
- Embracing emerging technologies to drive innovative design solutions
- Developing training materials to support technology implementation
- Managing project architecture and budgeting for enterprise integration
