We’re looking for a friendly, organised, ‘can do’ legend to join our Gold Coast office

as a Workplace Administrator. This front-of house role is perfect if you love helping people, keeping things running smoothly, and being the go-to person who gets stuff DONE.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to person who helps keep our workplace running smoothly and efficiently
• Support employees, clients and visitors by providing a welcoming, professional and well-organised workplace experience
• Execute a range of workplace, facilities and administrative activities that keep the office operating effectively
• Coordinate onboarding, meetings, events and employee engagement activities
• Partner with internal teams and service providers to deliver workplace services and resolve day-to-day issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workplace operations and employee experience

About You:

• Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
• Happy to be in our Gold Coast office 5 days per week
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems
• Able to take initiative, solve problems, and work well in a team
• Committed to building a positive and inclusive workplace
