ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

TelevisaUnivision is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. 

ABOUT YOU:

You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

YOUR DAY-DAY:

• Manage supplier relations, ensuring smooth communication and timely deliveries.
• Reconcile budgets and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support production operations, coordination and expense tracking.
• Interface with Accounts Payable for timely vendor payments and invoice processing.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation.

YOU HAVE:

• Proficiency in budgeting and financial reconciliation.
• Experience with Accounts Payable and supplier relations.
• Strong organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
