Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to department leadership.
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and communications to help maximize efficiency.
- Handle both routine and complex correspondence and follow-up tasks.
- Assist with program development activities.
- Run reports and prepare presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects and tasks are completed on time.
- Submit all Missouri State birth certificate documentation.
- Review and submit Labor & Delivery charge documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule calls for Maternity Care Coordination.
