Join our Saint Luke's Surgery and Anesthesia division as a Full Time Administrative Assistant!

This position will support our Surgery and Anesthesia division on the Physician Side.

• Full Time, 8am-5pm at our Plaza location

• Previous Administrative Assistant experience preferred

• Strong experience with scheduling and calendar management required

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

The Opportunity:

• Provides organization and secretarial support to the department.

• Handles routine and complex communication and maximizes the work day through the use of effective scheduling and communication.

• Assists staff as needed with program development running reports and presentations.

• Order supplies and prepare invoicing.

• Onboarding and credentialing of new physicians.

• Collaborates with staff to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner.
