In This Role
In this role, you'll provide administrative and operational support to senior leaders within a rapidly growing technology organization. You'll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, organizing meetings and events, and supporting team operations. You'll work closely with executives, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders to ensure priorities stay on track while contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders and the broader team.
- Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and process business expense reports.
- Coordinate meetings, team events, and meeting logistics.
- Support department financial, personnel, and facility operations.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, computer equipment, and other business resources.
- Coordinate vendor relationships and purchasing activities.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the team and external business partners.
- Provide general office and operational support.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Complete special projects and additional administrative assignments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of administrative support experience.
- Experience managing executive calendars in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency with standard business productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting executives within a large enterprise or technology organization.
- Experience coordinating team meetings, events, and operational activities.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong customer service mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Experience supporting multiple leaders simultaneously.
Compensation
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is $28 to $30 USD per hr. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final compensation and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications.
Location: Hybrid – 2 days a week
