We’re now welcoming applications for an Administration Assistant to join our supportive, purpose‑driven team in either Sydney CBD or Parramatta on a Permanent, full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their corporate career.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support claims teams by coordinating and progressing claim activities.
- Arrange appointments, travel and accommodation for injured workers as needed.
- Liaise with providers to obtain clinical notes, reports and other required information.
- Organise medical investigations, police reports and interpreter services.
- Maintain accurate claim records and prepare supporting documentation and correspondence.

- A background in retail, hospitality or customer service, with a genuine interest in building a career in administration.
- Strong computer skills, with the confidence to learn new systems and navigate different programs.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional approach to helping others.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn, whether working independently or as part of a supportive team.
