**Responsibilities:**
- Manage administrative tasks for the school.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on administrative performance.
- Provide guidance and support to administrative staff.

**Skills:**
- Strong organizational and administrative management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of administrative best practices and tools.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in school administration.
- Proven track record of successful administrative management.
