About this Admin Asset Analyst I role at RELX
Job Summary:
The Admin Asset Analyst I manages day-to-day equipment asset management activities, including stock monitoring, purchasing coordination, asset tagging, equipment deployment, inventory reporting, and asset recovery from departing employees.
The role maintains accurate asset accountability records in the BMF inventory tool, issues Accountability Agreement Form (AAF) and Telecommuting & Accountability Agreement (TAA) documentation, handles equipment-related requests through ServiceNow, and prepares and processes PEZA filings for equipment movements. The role also serves as the backup point of contact for high-value equipment, including laptops and mobile phones, ensuring proper storage, handling, issuance, and documentation.
Accountabilities:
Asset Management
- Monitor equipment stock levels and coordinate timely purchasing.
- Coordinate equipment deployment, including equipment for new hires.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of equipment to maintain its condition and readiness for deployment.
- Print asset tags and ensure equipment is properly tagged.
- Prepare and issue AF and TAA documentation for asset assignments and transfers.
- Conduct equipment inventories and prepare asset inventory reports.
- Monitor the return of equipment from departing employees.
- Update asset assignments and accountability records in the AMP inventory tool.
- Serve as the backup point of contact (POC) for high-value equipment, including laptops and mobile phones, ensuring proper storage, handling, issuance, and documentation.
ServiceNow Ticket Management
- Monitor and handle equipment-related requests through ServiceNow.
- Ensure all requests are attended to within the agreed service-level agreement (SLA).
Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and process PEZA Form 8105 (Farm-In) and Form 8106 (Farm-Out) filings for equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- To follow, already requested from HM
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
