Hauptaufgaben:
- Unterstützung von Service Providern im Accounts Payable & Receivable Bereich zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Qualität der erbrachten Leistungen
- Bearbeitung und Klärung von komplexen Buchungs-, Rechnungs- und Zahlungsfällen, die nicht im Standardprozess durch den Service Provider gelöst werden können
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen von Lieferanten sowie Eskalation komplexerer Fragestellungen
- Durchführung von Cash‑Collection‑Aktivitäten einschließlich Klärung von Rechnungsdifferenzen und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen für ausgewählte Kunden
- Mitwirkung bei der Bewertung von Kreditmanagement‑Prozessen und entsprechenden Genehmigungsverfahren
- Durchführung und Erstellung von SOX‑ sowie revisionsrelevanten Reportings
- Aktive Mitarbeit an Prozessverbesserungs‑ und Optimierungsinitiativen
- Durchführung und Unterstützung von Monats- und Jahresabschlussaktivitäten im Accounts Payable & Receivable Bereich
Fachliche Kenntnisse und persönliche Kompetenzen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium in einer relevanten Fachrichtung sowie erste Berufserfahrung in der Kreditoren‑ und/oder Debitorenbuchhaltung
- Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungs‑ und Buchhaltungsgrundsätze
- Professionelles und serviceorientiertes Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden und Lieferanten
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP FI sowie MS Office (insbesondere Excel und Word)
- Proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Selbstständiger, strukturierter und detailorientierter Arbeitsstil
