[Essential Job Function]

Analyze financial performance across multiple business units and translate financial data into actionable insights to support business and strategic planning.

• Build and maintain financial models to support P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting
• Deliver regular business updates and financial insights, highlighting key issues and action items to facilitate informed management decisions.
• Turn complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations that inform both tactical initiatives and senior leadership decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial priorities with business objectives and drive business performance.
• Own the monthly financial review process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support ad hoc financial and accounting projects, including external audits and broker due diligence requests.
