Title: Accounting & Reporting Senior Analyst

Location: Warsaw

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2x week office presence required

Salary:  9 500 PLN – 12 500 PLN monthly gross

The Opportunity

Ascensia Diabetes Care is looking for an Accounting & Reporting Senior Analyst to join its Global Finance team supporting ADC Holdings AG (registered in Switzerland). In this role, you will deliver accurate financial reporting and accounting support through account reconciliations, month-end close activities, intercompany transactions, and audit support. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, maintaining financial data integrity and clarity, and providing insights that support analytical procedures. Working closely with stakeholders across multiple functions, entities, and markets, you will contribute to strong financial controls, reporting excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Review balance sheet, profit and loss, and trial balance data by performing analytical assessments, reconciling accounts, investigating variances, and preparing financial analyses to support reporting requirements.
• Prepare accruals, provisions, journal entries, and purchase order reporting by ensuring accurate expense recognition, appropriate coding, and compliance with accounting policies.
• Coordinate intercompany recharge and reimbursement activities by calculating, tracking, invoicing, and reconciling transactions between legal entities in accordance with service agreements and tax requirements.
• Support external audits, internal audits, and control reviews by preparing documentation, responding to inquiries, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting and control standards.
• Provide accounting expertise and stakeholder support by developing guidelines, maintaining knowledge resources, resolving reporting-related queries, and advising on complex accounting matters in accordance with IFRS.
• Perform departmental accounting activities by monitoring financial transactions, ensuring accurate accounting treatment, and supporting a timely and efficient month-end close process.
• Maintain financial reporting processes and master data by supporting customer and vendor data management, updating recharge frameworks and tracking tools, and contributing to reporting, control, and transformation projects as required.

Bring Your Expertise

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of finance/accounting experience
• Strong command of English
• Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting, including preparation of consolidated financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow), accounting papers, and group accounting policies.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Proactive, results-driven professional with strong ownership, able to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high standards of integrity and accountability

Additional Experience That Could Help You Succeed

• Experience in financial and / or management reporting within a multinational company and/or external audit experience in BIG 4 environment.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and Swiss GAAP reporting standards. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite and Oracle.
• Knowledge of Power BI and financial data analysis.

Total Rewards:

The gross monthly base salary range for this position is 9 500 PLN – 12 500 PLN. In addition, employees may be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 12% of annual gross base salary, in accordance with the Company’s bonus policy. Compensation within the range will be determined based on objective criteria such as relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
