About this Account Manager (Greentech) (m/f/d) - Brazilian market role at Reonic

Please note that for this role, C1 English proficiency is required. This is a full-time position and you need to be based in São Paulo or nearby.
What you will do
Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities in the Brazilian market.
Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team.
Continuously improve customer experience and streamline processes.
Identify and capitalize on upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Experience in B2B customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers.
Previous experience in a SAAS B2B Environment (is a plus).
Previous experience in a start-up ecosystem (is a plus).
Motivated to drive change in renewables and make a positive impact.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Portuguese and English.
