• Build strong relationships with customers at all levels, including senior and executive stakeholders.
• Understand your customers’ challenges and recommend solutions that add real value to their business.
• Manage your workload independently while working closely with your team to achieve shared goals.
• Confidence presenting ideas and proposals clearly, both in meetings and in writing.
• Commercial awareness, including forecasting and negotiating contract terms.
• Experience selling HR, payroll or people management software.
