Job Title: Account Manager

Location: South Africa

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Salary: R33 500 - R35 000

We're looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong, long-term client partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage multiple client accounts, coordinate with internal teams, resolve challenges proactively, and ensure both clients and contractors receive an exceptional experience

Requirements

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and contractors.
• Resolve client and contractor queries and escalations in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor account performance and maintain accurate client records.
• Follow up on outstanding actions and ensure tasks are completed through to resolution.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and improve the overall client experience.
• Work across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience within BPO, staffing, recruitment, healthcare, or professional services is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Experience handling client and contractor issues with a solution-focused approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
• A proactive mindset with strong follow-through and accountability.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Software & Tools

Training will be provided, so previous experience with every platform isn't essential. However, experience with the following would be an advantage:

• Zoho CRM
• Google Workspace
• Microsoft Office
• Hubstaff
• AI productivity tools

Technical Requirements

• Strong digital literacy and the ability to learn new CRM, reporting, recruitment, and workflow systems quickly.
• Comfortable working across multiple platforms while maintaining accurate client and contractor records.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
