What you’ll do
Mainly responsible for Account Management (AM) Group KPI in revenue & maintain relationships with key accounts and customer visits according to set tiers of corporate customers to generate sales volumes & revenues through upselling, retention, and reactivation activities;
Working closely and coordinating with internal stakeholders in handling service failure, billing issues, customer complaints, and other inquiries;
Roll out periodic surveys on existing corporate customer cohorts from time to time to identify market insights;
Collaborate with the marketing department on regular and seasonal campaigns and oversee the overall campaign timeline to ensure the integration plan is finished as committed to expected output quality.
Others: Ad-hoc tasks/works assigned by Line Manager.
Work location: Pho Quang Street, Tan Son Hoa Ward, HCMC
Work time: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

What you’ll need
Bachelor/ College's degree, preferably in marketing or business related subjects;
Min 2 years solid experience in working experience in sales, account management, & customer support;
Good sense with product flow & merchant solutions; high skill in campaign management;
Able to work independently and work under pressure;
Proficiency in written Vietnamese & English;
Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
