◆業務内容
当ポジションは、社員の入社から異動、休職、復職、退職までのライフサイクル全般に関わる人事オペレーション業務を担います。社員のライフイベントや健康状態に応じた休職制度の適用、関連書類の管理、システム登録、関係部署との調整を通じて、社員が安心して働ける環境を支える重要な役割です。グローバル基準のプロセスに沿いながら、日本の法令や社内ポリシーを遵守し、正確かつ迅速な対応が求められます。また大規模なBPR(業務改革)や、AI を活用した最新のHRテクノロジーの導入にも関わっていただきます。

◆主な業務内容
・社員の入社から異動、休職、復職、退職までのライフサイクル全般に関わる人事オペレーション業務
・人事システム（申請・承認・マスタ管理等）を用いた各種手続きの実施およびデータ管理
・社員・マネジャー・関連部門（リクルーティング、給与、グローバルチーム等）との連携・問い合わせ対応
・社内ルール・ポリシーに基づいた手続きの確認、案内、是正対応
・業務プロセスの標準化、改善提案、マニュアル整備への参画
・業務自動化の企画・実装
・最新のHRテクノロジー導入の支援
