Our customer is building a modern analytics experience powered by Omni and Snowflake. The immediate need is for a senior analytics specialist who can work directly inside Omni to create polished, intuitive, and visually compelling dashboards from early-stage or minimally developed data.
This role requires strong Omni experience, dashboard development expertise, and a strong UI/UX eye within the Omni environment. The focus is not traditional frontend application development, but rather designing and building high-quality analytics experiences inside Omni that are easy to navigate, visually clean, and valuable for business users.
The ideal candidate can take raw or incomplete Omni data, understand the business goals, shape the analytics experience, and deliver professional dashboards that feel polished and customer-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build custom dashboards directly inside Omni
Create visually polished, user-friendly analytics experiences using Omni’s native capabilities
Turn early-stage or empty Omni environments into business-ready dashboards
Apply strong UI/UX principles to dashboard layout, navigation, filtering, and user workflows
Build executive, operational, and customer-facing dashboards
Translate business questions into clear metrics, visualizations, and analytical views
Structure dashboards so users can easily explore data and understand insights
Define dashboard layouts, visual hierarchy, filter logic, drill paths, and reusable patterns
Work with stakeholders to understand KPIs, reporting needs, and user expectations
Partner with data engineering teams to identify data gaps, modeling needs, and metric definitions
Validate dashboard accuracy against Snowflake-backed data sources
Support embedded analytics and customer-facing Omni experiences where needed
Configure dashboard permissions, user access, and row-level security considerations
Optimize dashboards for usability, performance, and maintainability
Document dashboard logic, metric definitions, and user guidance
Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams
Required Skills
Omni Analytics
Hands-on experience building dashboards in Omni
Strong knowledge of Omni dashboards, workbooks, visualizations, filters, and metrics
Ability to create polished analytics experiences using Omni’s native UI capabilities
Experience turning raw or incomplete data environments into usable dashboards
Understanding of embedded analytics concepts within Omni
Ability to support customer-facing or white-labeled analytics experiences
Dashboard UI/UX
Strong eye for clean, modern dashboard design
Ability to design intuitive dashboard layouts and user flows inside Omni
Experience improving usability, navigation, and visual storytelling in analytics tools
Strong understanding of data visualization best practices
Ability to simplify complex data into clear business insights
Experience designing executive dashboards, operational dashboards, and self-service analytics views
Understanding of visual hierarchy, spacing, grouping, filters, and drilldowns
Ability to make dashboards feel polished, professional, and enterprise-ready
Data & Analytics
Strong SQL skills
Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
Ability to validate data accuracy and troubleshoot reporting issues
Understanding of data modeling concepts
Experience working with facts, dimensions, joins, aggregations, and calculated fields
Ability to define business metrics and analytical logic
Comfortable working with incomplete requirements and shaping the final analytics solution
Business & Communication Skills
Strong English communication skills
Ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders
Ability to ask the right questions and clarify dashboard requirements
Comfortable operating as an embedded member of the customer’s team
Strong ownership and attention to detail
Ability to independently deliver dashboards from concept to production-ready state
Preferred Experience
Experience with Omni is strongly preferred
Experience with other analytics platforms such as Looker, Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or ThoughtSpot is a plus
Basic Snowflake knowledge
Experience with embedded analytics or customer-facing BI products
Experience building dashboards for SaaS, enterprise, or multi-tenant environments
Familiarity with row-level security and data permissions
Experience creating reusable dashboard templates or analytics design patterns
Experience working with product teams on analytics user experience
Ideal Candidate Profile
5–8+ years of experience in analytics, BI, dashboard development, or data visualization
Strong hands-on Omni dashboard development experience
Strong UI/UX sense within analytics and dashboard design
Able to build polished dashboards from raw or early-stage Omni data
Comfortable working with business stakeholders to define metrics and dashboard requirements
Strong SQL and data validation skills
Nearshore LATAM preferred
Excellent English communication
Able to work as a dedicated embedded resource within the customer’s analytics, product, or engineering team
