  • Own and maintain the scheduling of all recurring reliability reviews, establishing program-aligned timelines and maintaining shared calendars.
  • Plan, host, and coordinate reliability driver reviews, deep-dive sessions, and cross-functional technical working groups.
  • Maintain a consistent and stable review cadence using collaboration tools such as Confluence to enable transparency and traceability.
  • Facilitate structured crosstalk between the F119 and F135 programs to identify common failure modes, shared lessons learned, and potential unified corrective actions.
  • Ensure full CSE participation in reliability data reviews, program meetings, and associated technical investigations.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reliability Standard Work and work instructions; collaborate with the Discipline Chief to manage updates and ensure governance.
  • Share best practices across the F119 and F135 fleets, as well as within MCSS, to drive process consistency and continuous improvement.
  • Provide training, onboarding, and process guidance to CSEs supporting reliability activities.
  • Maintain overall Reliability process health, governance, and ongoing improvement across both programs.
