Job Responsibilities :

We’re looking for a 3D Motion Designer to create high-quality visual content across product launches, campaigns, social content, and brand experiences.

You’ll work across the 3D production pipeline—from modeling, texturing and lighting to animation, rendering and compositing—transforming creative concepts and product assets into polished, visually compelling work.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical fundamentals with a sharp eye for composition, materials, lighting and motion, and is comfortable working across both photorealistic product visualization and more stylized creative executions.
  • Create high-quality 3D product visuals, animations and motion content for campaigns, launches, social media and digital platforms.
  • Work across the full 3D pipeline, including modeling, UVs, texturing, shading, lighting, animation, rendering and compositing.
  • Translate storyboards, style frames and creative concepts into finished 3D executions.
  • Build realistic materials and lighting setups that accurately represent product finishes, surfaces and details.
  • Create dynamic product animations, camera movements, transitions and simulations that showcase key features and design.
  • Optimize and adapt existing CAD/3D product assets for visualization and animation.
  • Develop look-dev and style frames to establish the visual direction of projects.
  • Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, Motion Designers, Video Editors and other creative partners from concept through final delivery.
  • Composite rendered elements into live-action footage or other creative assets where required.
  • Explore new workflows and tools, including real-time rendering, procedural workflows and AI-assisted production, where they improve creative quality or efficiency.
  • Maintain high visual and technical standards while delivering against multiple projects and production timelines.

Pre-Requisites :

Required

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D product visualization and animation, with excellent attention to lighting, materials, composition and detail.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one major 3D package such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya or 3ds Max.
  • Strong understanding of PBR materials, texturing, lighting and physically based rendering.
  • Good understanding of animation principles, cameras and cinematic composition.
  • Ability to take a project from initial creative direction through to polished final output.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to balance creative ambition with production feasibility and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary creative team.

Preferred

  • Experience with render engines such as Redshift, Octane, Arnold, V-Ray or Cycles.
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects and/or other compositing tools.
  • Comfortable receiving creative feedback and iterating quickly.
