Twenty years ago, the first selections of Les Composantes were born. A story born from a thirst for independence and a passion for vintage. An instinctive way of circulating clothes, guided by a particular attention to what lasts.

In its continuation, Sézane came to life in 2013: the first French fashion brand born online. Then came to enrich this universe: Octobre Éditions for men, Les Composantes, dedicated this time to the art of living, and Petit Sézane for children.

Everything has been built as we move forward in life: by impulses, by spontaneous gestures with this way of learning while doing. Another relationship to detail, service and connection. A different way of dressing reality, first online, then through our apartments.

We are now looking for creative, structured and agile talents who share the desire to constantly improve everything that can be. Passionate, autonomous talents who design work with respect for others and for whom nothing is out of reach, as long as we give ourselves the means.

We are seeking the talents of a Customer Service Specialist (M/F) for a 3-month fixed-term contract (39 hours/week) to contribute to the next chapter of Sézane’s journey. The position is based in Paris 7ème, with 2 days/week in remote. 

Your missions will be the following:

• Respond to customer inquiries across various channels (email, WhatsApp);
• Adopt a proactive approach toward our customers, with a strong focus on service excellence;
• Proactively suggest initiatives to improve the overall customer experience;
• Handle complaints and resolve disputes;
• Provide high-quality product information (features, availability, etc.) or any other useful details, communicate clearly on procedures (purchases, returns, exchanges) and ensure proper follow-up.

Please note: This position includes working on Saturdays.

Requirements

• You are perfectly bilingual in English and Polish. 
• You love writing and have impeccable spelling and grammar skills.
• You are agile and capable of handling a high volume of requests with rigor and empathy.
• An excellent command of Dutch is required (for daily use).
