We are seeking the talents of a Customer Experience Digital Associate for a 3-month fixed-term contract (PT - 24 hours/week) to contribute to the next chapter of Sézane’s journey.

This position is based in our New York City office (SoHo).

As Customer Experience Digital Associate, your missions will be the following:

• Respond to customer inquiries across various channels (email, WhatsApp);
• Adopt a proactive approach toward our customers, with a strong focus on service excellence;
• Proactively suggest initiatives to improve the overall customer experience;
• Handle complaints and resolve disputes;
• Provide high-quality product information (features, availability, etc.) or any other useful details, communicate clearly on procedures (purchases, returns, exchanges), and ensure proper follow-up.
  

Please note: This position will start mid-October 2026 and end in late January 2027. This position includes working on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Requirements

• You have excellent proficiency in English and are fluent in either French or German.
• You love writing and have impeccable spelling and grammar skills.
• You are agile and capable of handling a high volume of requests with rigor and empathy.
