Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will support warehouse operations by loading, unloading, storing, and moving products within a freezer environment. You will help maintain an organized production flow while supporting good manufacturing practices, quality standards, inventory accuracy, and safe material handling throughout the facility.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• Complete job assignments in accordance with good manufacturing practices and quality standards.
• Operate a forklift to load, unload, transport, and warehouse products.
• Verify counts of incoming and outgoing products and related materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and product handling.
• Support an organized and efficient production flow.
• Follow safety and food quality requirements throughout the facility.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• High School Diploma or GED, or at least one year of manufacturing employment in your work history.
• Experience operating a forklift and hand jack.
• Availability to work one of the following scheduled shifts: First Shift: 6:00 in the morning to 2:00 in the afternoon, with no shift differential. Second Shift: 2:00 in the afternoon to 10:00 at night, with a $0.50 shift differential. Third Shift: 10:00 at night to 6:00 in the morning, with a $0.75 shift differential.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background screen and drug screen.
• Availability for overtime based on business needs.

Physical Requirements:

More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Please be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high and the temperatures may vary. Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements can differ but include:

• Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
• Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
• Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
