Key Responsibilities
- Design hydraulic manifolds and hydraulic power stations in alignment with technical specifications, customer requirements, and internal standards.
- Develop 3D models and 2D drawings using CREO and AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and manufacturability.
- Apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles to mechanical designs.
- Select appropriate metal materials based on performance, durability, and manufacturing requirements.
- Support product development activities, including design reviews, prototyping, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product launch and production readiness.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and design records.
- Communicate effectively with global stakeholders using written English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in CREO and AutoCAD.
- Solid foundational knowledge of hydraulic systems.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience designing hydraulic manifolds and hydraulic power units.
- Strong understanding of geometric tolerances and common metal materials.
- Ability to read and write technical documentation in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electrical control systems and PLC programming.
- Exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Experience working with cross-regional or global engineering teams.
