培养定位：深度参与公司数字化转型与保险科技项目，赋能业务全链路智能化升级，成长为总部职能领域管理者。

投递要求：
• 认同金融保险行业价值，对保险科技与数字化转型具备强烈的事业进取心与探索热情
• 海内外院校本科及以上学历，计算机、数据科学、统计、金融科技等相关专业优先，全职工作经验不超过2年
• 具备机器学习、大语言模型应用相关实践经验，能够搭建多业务场景算法模型，有云服务平台AI解决方案落地经验者优先
• 具备出色的数据敏感度与业务洞察力，能够联动业务部门挖掘客户、渠道、运营等领域数据价值，推动从数据洞察到策略落地的闭环
• 可适配快节奏项目节奏与跨职能协作模式，全程参与数字化创新项目从需求分析到迭代落地全流程，具备出色的问题拆解能力与推进韧性
• 具备持续学习意识与技术视野，跟进GenAI、机器学习领域行业趋势
