职位描述：

1.    负责产品健康改善，包括客户现场失效、持续性改善、设计提高项目。需要作为产品负责人进行响应，并且深度参与问题分析、设计变更、验证和设计实施。

2.    负责工厂生产支持，响应产品相关的装配和测试性能问题，并予以解决。

3.    负责新产品导入和技术支持。  

4.    负责客户定制产品的设计。

5.    具备产品法规相关知识，将法规的要求转化并实施为产品特性。

6.    负责部门的数字化分析和实施。

任职要求：

1.    机械工程、内燃机、热能、车辆工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。

2.    具备相关设备操作的扎实实践技能。

3.    具备良好的跨部门沟通能力。

4.    具备良好的英文口语和书面交流能力。

4.    熟悉标准文件工作流程。

5.    具备良好的安全意识和5S管理意识。

6.    热爱学习、富有创造力、乐于接受挑战并能承受压力。
