We are a global leader in the solar and renewable energy sector with a mission to generate a more sustainable future by driving the transition to clean energy. 

Since its inception in 2007, it has been active in the development, construction and ownership of solar assets across jurisdictions. Today, our global staff numbers over 350, operating in nine countries across Europe, the Americas and India.

NextEnergy Capital manages the Group's investment activities, having invested in over 520 solar plants with a capacity exceeding 2GW.

WiseEnergy® is the Group’s operating asset manager, specialising in solar asset management. It has managed over 1,500 utility-scale solar power plants with a total capacity of more than 3.4 GW, serving leading banks and equity financiers.

Starlight, the Group’s development company, has developed over 100 utility-scale projects and is progressing a pipeline of approximately 10GW of green and brownfield projects globally.

NextSTEP is the Group's venture capital fund, investing in innovative startups focused on environmental sustainability. It targets pre-seed and seed stage startups primarily in Italy and the UK.

NextEnergy Foundation, founded in 2016, is a non-profit organisation dedicated to reducing carbon emissions and poverty by providing clean energy sources. The Group donates at least 5% of its consolidated net profits annually to the Foundation, which has supported over 30 projects in 27 countries with more than £1.2 million in donations.
