This position is responsible for assisting in the development of the commercial strategy for the assigned regions and segment, as well as executing it. This requires interfacing with a broad range of customers and internal stakeholders
 

As the Well Construction Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:
 

• Collaborating across multiple geographies and product lines for strategy alignment and successful bidding outcomes
• Owning segment pricing initiatives/projects within the assigned regions
• Validating risk and reward balance, considering factors such as terms and conditions, technical risks, margin, security of payment
• Working with the OFSE and segment sales teams within the regions to build and maintain a pricing strategy for the segment and region
• Leading team through entire inquiry to order life cycle for all product lines.
• Handling complex or stimulating commercial issues or multi country deals

To be successful in this role you will:
 

• Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Have minimum of 5 years of experience in either a Sales or Commercial role
• Have good experience in Proposals
• Have minimum of 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry
• Have sales or operational experience in Drilling Services, Drilling & Completion Fluids, Drill Bits or Completions
• Have the ability to analyze and resolve problems, and lead programs / projects.
• Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs with established project management skills
