About the role
As a Warehouse & Store Supervisor, this is your opportunity to supervise product preparation and coordinate stock movement with Store Supervisors to maximise sales through effective merchandising.
Reporting to the Store Manager, this is a permanent, part-time role offering 20 hours per week, located in Gladstone, QLD.
How you will make an impact
- Supervise warehouse operations including stock movement and store coordination.
- Prepare and distribute sale‑ready goods by identifying high‑value items and ensuring they are cleaned and sent to the right stores.
- Support donors and customers by greeting them at drop‑off points and assisting with unloading donations.
- Assist with store cash handling including balancing registers and opening/closing the Gladstone Store as required
- Supervise and support volunteers
What you will bring
- Understanding of the value of second-hand goods with a wide knowledge on brands and goods.
- Experience in retail and/or customer service environment with some supervisory experience is preferred.
- Current QLD Driver’s licence
- This position requires the physical ability to safely perform regular standing, walking, lifting and handling of stock in line with WHS procedures.
