As we continue to grow our footprint and expand our reach and services, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play an active role in the execution of VRO’s marketing strategy, campaigns and partnerships. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong organizational and project management skills with a genuine understanding of digital marketing, social media & content. You will work closely with the rest of the members of the Marketing Team, external partners and internal stakeholders, helping turn ideas into campaigns and experiences that create awareness and drive audience engagement, brand relevance and cinema visits.
Requirements
- Support the Marketing Team in the execution of 360° marketing campaigns, promotions and activations.
- Co-ordinate campaign deliverables across internal teams, agencies and external partners.
- Support the development of non-cinematic new business initiatives.
- Support the day-to-day management of social media activities and content production
- Support the development of marketing materials
- Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, creators and entertainment content and bring relevant ideas to the team.
- Support the development and execution of partnerships, collaborations and co-marketing initiatives.
- Co-ordinate barter collaborations from concept to execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on both sides.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Social Media, Communications, Advertising or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and communication materials such as assets for digital, social, print, in-cinema and other consumer touchpoints.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to take ownership of projects.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- High ethical standards, fitting with the values of Antenna Group
- Fluency in Greek and English (written & verbal).
- Experience working with creative or digital agencies and/or specialization in Digital Marketing and Social Media will be considered a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva) and CRM tools (Salesforce) will be a plus.
