Business Insights & PMO Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Business Insights & PMO Associate to join our team, with a key role in supporting senior leadership through structured analysis and high-impact deliverables and ensuring the successful tracking & implementation of cross-functional initiatives across the Group.

The role combines strong analytical thinking, business understanding, and advanced presentation capabilities, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.

Job Description 

• Prepare executive-level presentations by synthesizing financial and operational data, ensuring clear storytelling and high visual quality
• Collect, structure, and interpret financial and operational data into actionable recommendations
• Support and coordinate complex cross-functional projects
• Monitor project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Build a strong understanding of key performance drivers, and operational priorities
• Engage effectively with all stakeholders across business units and senior management

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Management Consulting or related roles
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Strong experience in executive presentations and storytelling (Excel and PowerPoint mastery is essential)
• Familiarity with Chatgpt, Claude or familiar AI tools, Canvas and beautiful.ai considered a plus
• Proven ability to translate data into clear, structured outputs
• Exposure to financial analysis, business cases and performance tracking
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
• High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group
