Summary:
As a Technical Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a specific platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational goals and technological advancements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
- Strong knowledge of IT operations management and discovery processes within enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and provide innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools related to ServiceNow platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
