A Day in the Life

Join Medtronic team, where innovation meets purpose. As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting healthcare professionals and people living with diabetes through the implementation of advance insulin pump and Continuous Glucose Monitoring technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients while working with passionate, collaborative team committed to improving diabetes care.

Based in Zagreb, you will work closely with sales, marketing and cross functional teams to deliver clinical and technical support across Croatia, Bulgaria and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The role involves travel to healthcare institutions, delivering product training, supporting therapy initiations and ensuring high quality customer experience.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Deliver clinical and technical training to healthcare professionals and people living with diabetes on Minimed insulin pump and continuous glucose monitoring
• Support therapy initiations and ensure successful adoption of Minimed technologies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting product related issues in collaboration with internal teams
• Partner with Sales & Marketing to execute educational programs and commercial initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and applicable regulations

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare or clinical support is preferred
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Willingness to travel across Croatia, Bulgaria and Bosnia and Herzegovina
• Professional proficiency in Croatian and English 
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships
