Team Management 

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing the team and fostering a positive, harmonious working environment to promote business growth.
• Develop training and action plans for employees based on individual needs to enhance performance and development.
• Master product knowledge proficiently and effectively communicate it to colleagues within the department to ensure consistency and expertise.
• Set clear personal and team goals, regularly evaluate performance, and actively manage expectations to achieve targets.
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent to ensure a strong succession plan within the store.

Business development 

• Achieve personal sales objectives and contribute to the overall store performance through proactive selling.
• Continuously improve product and brand knowledge to better support sales activities.
• Apply effective sales techniques to satisfy diverse customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.
• Develop and implement actionable plans to optimize sales across all categories.
• Support the Store Manager in preparing sales reports and providing feedback on the performance of categories and departments.

Client Management 

• Ensures superior customer service standards, through constant follow up with the team, to deliver the Versace experience.
• Be a brand ambassador and build relationships with Versace clients. Be an example for the team by engaging in customer interactions.
• Deliver exceptional service to foster customer loyalty and brand affinity.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and ensure timely resolution and follow-up.

CRM

• Promote VIP memberships and actively seek to obtain customer contact information.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalized engagement, maximizing sales opportunities.
• Supervise sales staff in customer relationship activities, offering guidance and support as needed.
• Assist in organizing and executing promotional activities within the store under the store manager’s leadership.

Operations

• Ensure the stock and the backroom are effectively managed and operational duties are met (goods receiving, transferring, stock take, stock arrangement, reporting etc.)
• Master the knowledge and skills required for delegated operational responsibilities, enabling independent task completion to ensure smooth store operations.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company directives and participate to VM set-up
