Title: Sr Software Engineer

Blue Yonder is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Data Cloud, Experience Cloud and Agentforce.

Candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, business stakeholders and cross teams to deliver scalable, secure and high-performing applications while adopting the latest Salesforce innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Application Development

• Design, develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Platform Events and modern development frameworks.
• Leverage Salesforce Flow Orchestration, Flows, Dynamic Forms, Dynamic Actions and other modern declarative capabilities to automate and streamline business processes.
• Design scalable, low-code solutions that improve operational efficiency, user experience and business agility.
• Stay current with Salesforce seasonal releases and evaluate new platform features for adoption.
• Deliver enhancements and new capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud and Salesforce CLM.

AI & Data-Driven Solutions

• Build AI-powered business processes using Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, and AI-assisted automation.
• Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to unify customer data, support segmentation, identity resolution and personalized experiences.

Revenue Cloud & Commercial Operations

• Design and implement Salesforce Revenue Cloud capabilities.
• Manage product catalog, pricing, quoting, contracts, subscriptions, billing and order management processes.
• Support end-to-end quote-to-cash and revenue lifecycle optimization.

Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

• Develop and customize Salesforce CLM solutions.
• Automate contract creation, negotiation, approval workflows, execution, renewals, and compliance management.
• Improve contract governance, efficiency and risk management processes.

Experience Cloud & Digital Portals

• Build and enhance secure customer and partner portals using Experience Cloud.
• Deliver personalized digital experiences and self-service capabilities.
• Ensure scalable, user-friendly and secure collaboration platforms.

Integration & Enterprise Architecture

• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC) and event-driven architectures.
• Participate in solution architecture, technical design reviews and implementation planning.

Platform Reliability & Operational Excellence

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues and implement preventive solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security and maintainability by following Salesforce best practices.
• Support production operations and ensure high system availability.

DevOps & Engineering Best Practices

• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation and DevOps best practices.
• Promote development standards through code reviews and engineering excellence initiatives.

Collaboration & Technical Leadership

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver business value.
• Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge and evaluate new Salesforce features and innovations for adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science
• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations and Salesforce platform architecture
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines 
• Ability to act independently to drive goals and changes 
• Ability to judge priorities and adjust their work accordingly
