What You'll Do

• Lead and encourage a team of dedicated artists to develop flawless visual content.
• Develop and implement artistic strategies that align with our company's ambitious goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Coordinate the creation of world-class game art, from concept to final implementation.
• Maintain high standards of artistic quality and consistency across all projects.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, encouraging creativity and professional growth within the team.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on artwork to ensure it meets our outstanding standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends to keep our visual content competitive and innovative.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely and successful implementation of art assets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve artistic issues to maintain the integrity of our visual products.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with our brand’s vision and improves the overall gaming experience.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a lead artist in the gaming industry, with a portfolio showcasing world-class work.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a focus on game art and development.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to encourage and mentor a team.
• Outstanding understanding of various artistic techniques and tools.
• Ability to strictly adhere to project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A strong attention to detail and a solid sense of aesthetics.
• Experience with both 2D and 3D art.
• Knowledge of industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Maya, and ZBrush.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Art, Build, or a related field is preferred.
