That means looking beyond platforms and formats to connect audience behavior, data, culture, media, and commercial reality.

You'll still be close to the work, but your value won't be measured by how many campaigns you can manage. It will be measured by the quality of the decisions you influence.

You'll work alongside Strategy, Investment, Performance, Creative, Commerce, and Data specialists, bringing different perspectives together and turning them into action. You'll have room to build your point of view, influence senior stakeholders, and solve problems where the answer isn't already in the playbook.

What You'll Do

• Turn business questions into digital strategies by connecting audience behavior, data, market context, and client objectives.

• Own digital planning across key accounts, translating strategy into channel, audience, format, budget, and measurement decisions.

• Challenge and sharpen the brief, bringing a clear point of view on where digital can create the greatest impact.

• Work across specialists in Strategy, Investment, Performance, Creative, Commerce, and Data to build stronger, more connected solutions.

• Read what the data is telling you, using campaign performance and market signals to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve the next decision.

• Influence clients with your thinking, turning complex information into recommendations that are clear, commercially relevant, and worth acting on.

A Bit About You

• At least 3 years of digital media planning experience, ideally within a media, performance, or integrated agency.

• You've moved beyond knowing what each platform can do. You understand how digital can solve different business problems.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the confidence to turn data into a point of view rather than simply reporting numbers.

• Comfortable presenting to clients, challenging assumptions, and having conversations where there isn't one obvious answer.

• Curious about AI, creators, commerce, culture, technology, and the constant shifts in digital behavior.

• Commercially aware and comfortable thinking about investment, effectiveness, and business outcomes together.

• A natural collaborator who can bring different specialists together and make the overall thinking stronger.

• Ambitious to keep growing your influence, judgment, and leadership rather than simply adding another title to your CV.
