As we continue our international growth, we're looking for a Social Media Specialist to help us tell our story, engage our audiences, and strengthen our global digital presence.

Your mission 

Reporting to our Corporate Communications Manager, you'll own and grow Quandela's social media presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, X and Instagram.

You'll create engaging content, transform complex scientific topics into compelling stories, build our editorial calendar, collaborate with experts across the company, and use data to continuously improve performance. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, where you'll have the opportunity to shape our social media strategy while executing it day to day.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute engaging social media content across our key platforms. 
• Build and manage an editorial calendar aligned with product launches, scientific breakthroughs and company news. 
• Translate complex technologies into clear, engaging stories for diverse audiences. 
• Partner with scientists, engineers, product teams and designers to create impactful content. 
• Grow our communities through creative storytelling and performance-driven content. 
• Monitor analytics and optimize content based on audience insights. 

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Social Media, Content Marketing or Digital Communications. 
• Experience managing corporate social media channels end-to-end. 
• Previous experience in a technology, deep-tech, engineering, SaaS or other complex technical environment. 
• Outstanding English writing skills. 
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and other social platforms. 
• A curious mindset with the ability to make complex topics accessible and engaging. 
• Autonomous, proactive and highly organized. 

Nice to have 

• Video storytelling and YouTube optimization experience.
• Experience launching or growing an Instagram account for a B2B brand.
