This is an exciting job opportunity for a Site Support Engineer onsite/hybrid to join our Digital team in Bridgewater, NJ.
The Site Support Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, printer, meeting room, and end-user technology issues and acts as the local IT contact for employees and works closely with remote service desk, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.
What you’ll do
- Provide face-to-face technical support for employees at the office or client site.
- Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, maintain, and replace IT hardware and software and support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, VPN, email, collaboration tools, and business applications.
- Maintain accurate ticket updates, asset records, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles.
- Follow IT security policies, access control procedures, and data protection standards.
More about you
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in onsite IT support, desktop support, field support, or service desk support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems; macOS experience is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience working with advanced R&D IT Equipment (purchasing, configuring, modifying)
- Experience with asset management and IT inventory processes.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: $ 73,000 – $107,000 (based on experience level)
Bonus: target bonus opportunity 5%
