We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join Business Technology Services at Stora Enso starting as soon as possible. 

You will be joining Data & Network Services Tower Team focusing on Network Services and Telecommunication in general. 

You will be located in Ostrava, Czechia and report to Head of Data & Network Service. 

Purpose 

• Solution Architect helps build and maintains a robust, scalable and strong technical foundation for the Data & Network Tower division (Data, Hosting, Integrations & Networking) 

• Drives technical implementation of IT Projects and be technical POC 

• Helps with service/vendor management 

• Contributes to Tower and DBTS Strategy 

• Supports programs, projects and bigger development initiatives during the development process 

Your responsibilities 

• Design solutions in line with agreed IT architecture principles, standards and best practices (information, solution and technology architectures) 

• Ensure that proposed solution are aligned with the architecture guidelines  

• Leading projects technically (Migrations & Transitions) 

• Architecture responsibility for WAN network, Internet access, overseeing and guiding LAN and WLAN solutions, MPLS WAN, SDWAN, SASE transition etc. 

• Design, oversee and steer architecture and support our operational model 

• Participate in the Architecture Community and give input and feedback to Enterprise Architecture development 

• Responsibility for IT governance, quality and security standards 

What will you bring 

• Good knowledge of Networking on Enterprise level (Firewalls-Pallo Alto, SD-WAN, CCNA certification and above) and related Products 

• Basic knowledge of cloud and on-premises hosting-related platforms (VMware, Azure) 

• Business driven mindset 

• Strong verbal and written communication, Excellent interpersonal skills, English B2 +

• Strong stakeholder & vendor relationship management, analysis and interaction abilities 

• Experience with IT governance 

• Analytical skills to review and compare solution options on long-term perspective, explain and advocate chosen solutions. 

• Operational and strategic experience with ITIL (ServiceNow, CMDB, Change Management) 

• Scripting knowledge is + (PowerShell, Python) 

• Experience with monitoring implementation is + (Zabbix, Azure Monitor, Prometheus) 

• Basic knowledge and architecture overview of Data management and Data integrations (Snowflake, webMethods, API Management)
