Your Impact

We are seeking a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Administrator to join our Commercial Applications team and play a critical role in optimizing our Opportunity-to-Cash (O2C) processes. You will own the configuration, stability, and scalability of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Revenue Cloud, ensuring accuracy across account management, opportunity management, quoting, ordering, and contracting.

This role requires both technical acumen and strong problem-solving skills—someone who thrives in ambiguity, relentlessly pursues root causes, and delivers scalable, well-documented solutions. Experience supporting multiple Salesforce environments or working in consulting is highly valued.

What You'll Do

Location: 4 days per week (Tuesday-Friday) - Can sit in any of the following locations: Boston, NYC, Sterling VA, Scottsdale, Seattle
Reports to: Senior Manager, Salesforce Administrator
Direct Reports: None

  • Business Support & End-User Assistance: Provide day-to-day Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud support, including troubleshooting issues, answering user questions, and resolving support tickets with a focus on root-cause fixes.
  • User Provisioning & Access Management: Manage new user setup, deactivation, and updates to profiles, permission sets, and permission set groups in line with Salesforce best practices.
  • Data Management & Dataloads: Perform data imports, updates, and cleanup activities using tools like Data Loader and Inspector, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with business rules.
  • Deploy & Maintain: Manage deployments and refreshes between environments using DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado) with repeatable, high-quality practices.
  • Administer & Troubleshoot Salesforce Revenue Cloud: Configure, maintain, and improve Revenue Cloud functionality, including Bundles, Configuration Attributes, Product & Price Rules, and Advanced Approvals.
  • Sales Cloud & O2C Expertise: Own and optimize end-to-end Opportunity-to-Cash processes across opportunity, quote, order, contract, and billing stages.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve Technical Issues: Diagnose and resolve quoting, configuration, and QCP (Quote Calculator Plugin) logic issues.
  • Workflow Alignment: Ensure Revenue Cloud configurations align with downstream processes such as order management, subscription lifecycle, amendments, and renewals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement improvements.
  • Documentation & Training: Maintain clear system documentation, user guides, and training materials to drive user adoption and knowledge sharing.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify process bottlenecks and propose enhancements that drive scalability, efficiency, and business value.\

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including 1+ years hands-on Revenue Cloud administration.
  • Deep understanding of Revenue Cloud architecture (Advanced Approvals, Bundles, Rules, QCP).

  • Experience with sandbox management, deployments, and CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado).

Skills & Tools:

  • Strong foundation in Salesforce Sales Cloud (custom objects, flows, validation rules, profiles/permission sets).
  • Proficiency with SOQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and Data Loading tools.
