We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team and play a critical leadership role in shaping how our marketplace creates value for everyone it serves.  

PropertyGuru sits at the heart of a two-sided marketplace, connecting property seekers with the agents and partners who serve them. In this role, you will own problems that span both sides of the marketplace: balancing supply and demand, improving liquidity and match quality, and building products and services that create value for consumers and agents alike. This role will entail partnering closely with engineering teams, product and program managers, user experience designers, marketing managers, and customer service leaders. 

You will also shape the vision of PropertyGuru in becoming a trusted advisor to every person seeking property across Southeast Asia.  

Responsibilities 

• Lead the definition, execution, and roll-out of features, both customer-facing and those that support business operations or improve development efficiency. 

• Drive speed on ideation, planning, design, and development of new products 

• Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps 

• Partner with functions, including engineering, program management, marketing, and sales to produce the best quality products & services as a team. 

• Collaborate with and learn from partners and vendors with cutting-edge solutions 

• Learn from customer feedback, behavioral measurements, A/B tests, and other data sources to build better experiences and ensure we build the right things over time. 

• Motivate teams by developing and constantly sharing a compelling vision for the product, driven by customer and marketplace insights and data 

• Provide mentorship and best practices to the broader Product Management organization. 

• Define value propositions that create wins for both sides of the marketplace. 

• Ruthlessly prioritize and align stakeholders as new priorities emerge 

Requirements 

• 5+ years crafting and delivering world-class products 

• Experience building marketplace or platform products preferred, with a strong grasp of two-sided marketplace dynamics, including liquidity, matching, network effects, and monetization 

• Ability to set long-term strategy, bring structure to ambiguity, and break big goals into concrete, achievable steps. 

• Ability to prioritize requirements across conflicting priorities  

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, using data and metrics (A/B tests, experiments, user testing) to back assumptions, form recommendations, and drive action 

• Fluent with AI tools: you use them daily for research, analysis, prototyping, and writing, and you have an opinion on Claude Code vs. Codex (we’d love to hear it) 

• Engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners love working with you 

• Display good empathy, judgment, leadership & focus.
