We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to support customer-facing and internal product initiatives across digital products, CRM platforms, and automotive service operations. This role works closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to translate complex business and customer needs into clear requirements, actionable plans, and successful product outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines strong product analysis skills with an understanding of digital systems, customer journeys, CRM platforms, and service operations. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, connecting multiple systems, and helping cross-functional teams move efficiently from problem definition to delivery.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Product & Delivery Execution
- Partner with Product Managers to translate product strategy and business requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, and dependency management within an Agile environment.
- Clarify scope, constraints, business rules, and success metrics to enable efficient product delivery.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, dependencies, risks, and opportunities throughout the product lifecycle.
Customer Experience & Service Journeys
- Map end-to-end customer journeys across digital sales, ownership lifecycle, and automotive service experiences.
- Support initiatives involving service scheduling, appointment management, repair order workflows, service status visibility, and customer communications.
- Analyze customer journeys and operational processes to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate customer feedback and operational insights into actionable product and system requirements.
CRM & Systems Enablement
- Support initiatives involving Salesforce CRM, including Sales, Service, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, and related enterprise platforms.
- Analyze existing workflows, data models, configurations, and system capabilities to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with engineering teams, system administrators, and external vendors to ensure requirements are technically feasible and implementation-ready.
- Coordinate integration requirements across CRM, digital platforms, ERP, inventory, contact center, POS, and service systems.
Data, Testing & Insights
- Define and monitor KPIs related to customer experience, service performance, product adoption, and operational effectiveness.
- Support UAT planning, test-case development, execution, defect tracking, and release validation.
- Develop reports, dashboards, process documentation, and analytical artifacts that provide actionable insights to product and operations leadership.
- Use data and customer insights to support product decisions and measure the impact of delivered solutions.
Modern Product Practices & Prototyping
- Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate product discovery, requirements analysis, prototyping, documentation, and iteration.
- Use journey maps, process diagrams, wireframes, whiteboards, and lightweight prototypes to align stakeholders and reduce rework.
- Promote a practical, outcome-focused approach that prioritizes speed, clarity, and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications
- 7–9 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or similar role supporting digital products, CRM platforms, or enterprise applications.
- Strong experience in digital product development and translating business needs into structured product requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, particularly Sales, Service, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, or comparable CRM platforms.
- Proven ability to develop PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business problems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across technical and business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Preferred Experience
- Direct experience with automotive Fixed Ops/service operations, including service scheduling, repair orders, technician workflows, dealer operations, or OEM service processes.
- Understanding of how service, parts, warranty, customer care, and related systems interact.
- Experience working with service advisors, operations teams, dealerships, or field-service organizations.
- Experience with customer-facing web applications, digital commerce, or mobile products.
- Familiarity with integrations across CRM, ERP, inventory, POS, and contact-center platforms.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, or similar product-development platforms.
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, CPQ, or Revenue Cloud.
- Strong visual thinking and experience with journey mapping, process modeling, and rapid prototyping.
- Experience working with Agile product development methodologies.
