What you'll do:
- Position: Sr Materials Planner / Buyer. Full time
- Own end-to-end material readiness for new product and equipment builds
- Translate build schedules, BOMs, inventory, open orders, and lead times into time-phased material requirements.
- Own material planning and purchasing execution with suppliers, including demand alignment, supplier commits, shortages, inventory visibility, and build readiness
- Own purchase order creation, confirmation, delivery, receipt, and issue resolution
- Own the clear to build report by reconciling BOM, inventory, open orders, and engineering change orders
- Identify and resolve shortage and late deliveries before they affect build schedules
- Manage supplier relationships to drive on-time delivery and resolve issues
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and incomplete information
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sourcing, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management to align on procurement program needs
- Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of related experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain roles
- Experience as a Supply Chain Manager or Procurement Manager supporting contract manufacturers is strongly preferred
- Working familiarity with program/project management principles and practices
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Qualifications:
- APICS/ASCM certification or equivalent
- Experience with SAP for complex product manufacturing

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $94,000.00 - $117,500.00. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
