As a Senior Manager on the Risk and Quality team, you’ll play a vital role in providing expert risk and quality advice across a wide range of assurance issues. Working closely with partners and staff, you will help us navigate evolving regulatory, professional, and methodology requirements, supporting consistent quality delivery for our clients.

What you’ll do: 

• Interpret and apply relevant regulatory, professional, and methodology requirements, with a strong focus on new and emerging standards to drive quality and compliance.

• Support the implementation of critical elements of our System of Quality Management, including management of Aura libraries and other tools.

• Collaborate closely with project leads to create, update, and enhance guidance materials that inform quality and risk practices.

• Analyze and leverage data insights to provide timely, relevant quality support to internal stakeholders and inform decision-making.

What we’re looking for: 

Core skills 

• Strong expertise in assurance methodology with experience in Financial Statement Audit or Controls Assurance.

• Excellent communication skills complemented by a collaborative team ethos.

• Ability to work effectively from anywhere, managing competing priorities and stakeholder relationships.

• Proven ability to interpret complex regulatory and professional standards and translate them into practical guidance.

Desirable skills 

• Prior experience in risk and quality advisory roles within professional services or related industries.
