The Role

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will partner with large enterprise financial institutions to design and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient Hybrid Cloud infrastructure solutions.

• You will work closely with customers, project managers, technical consultants, and delivery teams to define infrastructure strategies, architect enterprise platforms, and support digital transformation initiatives across mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure solution architecture and technical delivery for enterprise BFSI customers.

• Design Hybrid Cloud solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.

• Facilitate customer workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Develop solution designs, migration strategies, and implementation roadmaps.

• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle and support successful delivery.

• Drive infrastructure modernization, automation, and transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient platforms.

• Act as a trusted advisor during technical reviews, solution discussions, and project execution.

Who You Are

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of Solution Architecture and/or Infrastructure Architecture experience.

• Proven experience leading customer-facing infrastructure projects and technical discussions.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project delivery experience.

Certifications

At least one of the following: VMware VCP/VCAP, Red Hat RHCE, or IBM Professional Certification.

Infrastructure Expertise

Experience in one or more of the following: Enterprise Data Center Architecture, VMware/Hyper-V/IBM Power platforms, Storage and Backup solutions, High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), or Enterprise Infrastructure platforms.

Automation Experience

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Python, or Git.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hybrid Cloud experience across AWS, Azure, GCP, or Private Cloud environments.

• BFSI industry experience.

• Infrastructure modernization, transformation, or migration project experience.

• System Integration, Consulting, or Professional Services background.

Ideal Candidate

A client-facing Infrastructure Solution Architect with strong infrastructure and automation expertise who can confidently lead technical discussions, design enterprise solutions, and drive successful infrastructure transformation projects.
